Are These Facts Regarding Blogging True Or False?
While all bloggers are seeking traffic, only a small percentage of blogs have found the secret of acquiring loyal readers, who don't only stop by once, but do so regularly. It's definitely not wrong to write keeping the search engines in mind and optimizing your post for your chosen keywords, but not at the expense of your readers. You need to focus on writing for your human readers so that they like and share your blog posts on the web. It's preferable to choose your keywords prior to actually creating your content. The next step is to write a post as naturally as you can and then think about optimizing it with the keywords you're targeting. You can add keywords, taking care that it still flows nicely when you're done.
Speak to Your Visitors: If your blog is not creating a huge readership, then it is does not have a good grip on its target market. If you want your new visitors to continue reading your blog, then you have to communicate with them.
This does not mean that you speak to them every so often. But, you should shoot for a strong connection. Respond to your visitor's comments. Let them see that you care about their needs. Ask if there is anything you can do to help them and see how they feel after every post. There are certainly many different ways you can get your readers to talk back. But, before this, you have to make the effort to bond with your readers. When you create this kind of relationship, your readers will think of you as being trustworthy. Whenever they read your blog, they will view you as being credible.

A good strategy to use would be to highlight all the best posts in one section so that they will be easy to find for first time visitors. This is so that they can scan the better posts of your blog. Obviously, this will tell them about what to expect in the future in terms of quality. All in all, make things special by making the experience memorable.
